ADDITIONAL FEES/CHARGES

USA Swimming Membership: 2025 registration opens Sept 1.  DO NOT register prior to then.  WEST link will be emailed out on September 1st.

Each family registers their swimmer(s) with USA Swimming.  Must be registered to participate in WEST events. (If you have a USA account, you can login and renew from there.  If you do not have a new USA account, you will need the “unique” WEST link from the team.) (Fee is $70.)

MN LSC Fee:   Additional fee that is billed to your WEST account after USA registration is complete -

(fee is $8)

Family Registration Fee:  $15  (done via credit card)

Credit Card and ACH processing fees (you may pay 1st of month bill by ACH but are required to have credit card on file too)

        Credit card fees are 2.95% plus .30 per transaction

        ACH fees are $1.25 per transaction  (Only available on 1st of month billing cycle)

Late Payment Fee:  $10 if payment not received by 4th of month

Price Increase:  $50 for registrations after official registration has closed

Meet Fees:  Extra cost above dues/fees.  Meet fees are listed in each meet information post.  Once you register for a meet you are responsible for the fees even if you don’t make the meet. 

Meet Team Fee:  $5 added to all swimmers meet fees that are entered in that meet

Multiple Swimmer Discounts:  Only available when members all participate and pay at same time.  Masters and college groups are not included.     

1 swimmer - full, 2 swimmers - 5%, 3 swimmers - 10% and 4 swimmers - 15%
