USA Swimming
USA Swimming is the National Governing Body for swimming in the United States. We promote the culture of swimming by creating safe and healthy opportunities for athletes and coaches of all backgrounds to participate and advance in the sport through clubs, events, and education. Our membership comprises swimmers of every age and ability, all the way up to the Olympic Team, as well as coaches, officials, and volunteers.

Minnesota Swimming, Inc. is a nonprofit organization and Local Swimming Committee (LSC)* of USA Swimming and a member of the USA Swimming Central Zone. Our membership of 10,000 athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers are involved with competitive swimming for youth in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

All swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming for 2024. If your swimmer(s) are not USA 2024 registered, you will need to process that registration too PRIOR to swimmer(s) being allowed in the pool. A special WEST link will be included in your WEST Swim Team registration confirmation email. Contact [email protected] for questions.

Thank you for your interest in WEST Express Swim Team (WEST). Our next evaluation session, SPLASH NIGHT, is on March 5th. To sign up, visit our homepage or use the provided link. Swimmers should comfortably swim 25-50 yards of freestyle and backstroke without stopping and be comfortable in shallow and deep pool areas. All new swimmers must be evaluated before registering. Registration for Spring/Summer opens in early March.
