Fall/Winter 2024 - 2025
Fall registration:
Open from July 29 - August 25th (Fall registrations after August 25th will be subject to fee of $50.)
Winter registration:
Open from July 29 - November 25th (Fall registrations after November 25th will be subject to fee of $50.)
Fall Season Dates: September 9th - November 27th (1st dues payment is Sept 1 for monthly and full season)
Winter Season Dates: December 2nd - Mid March (1st dues payment is Dec 1 for monthly)
Use computer for registration | If you have multiple swimmers that will be swimming fall and/or winter, registere them at the same time to avoid multiple family registration fees.
During Registration make sure you select each item below for each swimmer registering:
Swim Group (Dolphins, Sharks, Age Group or Seniors) - Select group your were previously in unless instructed by coaching staff .
In cart you will pick from 2 drop down boxes:
Location (AM - PRMS, AM - CMSE or PM) | PM Dolphins - will also get email in August to select time and days
Payment Option (season) (1 payment for Fall/Winter or Monthly for Fall only, Winter only or Fall/Winter) (HS boys - fall only | HS girls - winter only)
Dues Payment: You will only pay the family registration fee. Fall dues will be charged starting on Sept 1 and Winter dues starting on Dec 1. Credit card is only option during registration - dues can be billed via ACH if you add that to your account prior to last day of the month.
USA Membership - Team link will be emailed out Sept 1. All swimmers must have current USA membership to participate.
USA Swimming Mandatory Membership Information
1. New or Transfer to WEST -
- Must have evaluation/approval from the team before registering for WEST Express.
- Before July 31 | Attend Splash Night on July 30 or 31 | sign up genius link
- After July 31 | use this google form to request evaluation | New Swimmer Evaluation request
2. Register for WEST Express Swim Team
- Register swimmer(s) in the group they were in previously unless you have been instructed to make a change.
- You will get an email receipt once registration is completed.
- Approvals are not done immediately - Most registrations will be approved starting August 1st.
- Dues will be billed starting Sept for Fall registration and Dec for Winter registration. If paying for the full fall/winter season you will be billed on September 1.
- In the registration cart you will pay the family registration fee and any outstanding balances, if applicable.
3. USA Swimming Registration - 2025 WEST Express registration link will be available starting September 1st. Fee is $70 plus $8 MN LSC fee
- Registering for 2025 then follow these directions below:
- NEW to USA Swimming - Follow the unique WEST link in that will be sent out on Sept1. Set up a family account and then register your swimmer(s).
- EXPIRED membership - Follow the unique link in WEST link that will be sent out on Sept 1. You will register your "expired" swimmer(s) as NEW.
- TRANSFER to WEST from another USA Swimming Team (not a HS team or Country Club Team) - contact [email protected] for instructions
- RENEW - if registered for 2024 premium - Register anytime after Sept 1 and before Dec 31.
